Terms and Conditions
1. Order
Orders can be made using the form on our website, or by e-mail or phone. We confirm received orders within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). Also, we can at the same time inform the buyer that the order by him can not be delivered on the required date. Cupcake orders must be ordered 7 days before collection / delivery. Special cake orders must be ordered 1 month before pickup / delivery. Wedding Cakes orders must be ordered two months before pickup / delivery.
2. Price
Cupcakes:
- Standard Cupcakes Maxi (ø ca. 6-7cm) costs CHF 4:50 or CHF 5.00 per piece.
- Standard Cupcakes Mini (ø 4cm) cost CHF 2.50 or CHF 3.00 per piece.
- Special cupcakes Maxi (ø ca. 6-7cm) costs from CHF 5.00 per piece.
- Special cupcakes Mini (ø 4cm) costs from CHF 3.00 per piece.
Cakes:
Wedding cakes and Motivtorten (round or square) cost:
- Small portions from CHF 7.00 per serving
- Big portions from CHF 14.00 per serving
- Other forms from CHF 16.00 per serving.
Decoration expenses:
- CHF 65.00 / h.
Consultation:
- CHF 25.00 per person.
3. Minimum order quantity
Cupcakes:
- Maxi (ø ca. 6-7cm) from 6 pcs. per variety.
- Mini (Ø 4 cm) from 12 pcs. per variety.
- Special cupcakes Maxi (ø ca. 6-7cm) from 12 pcs. per variety.
- Special cupcakes Mini (ø 4cm) 24 pcs. per variety.
Cakes:
The minimum order quantity for cakes is 20 servings.
4. Terms of payment
Cupcakes:
Payments are made cash on delivery or cash in advance.
For corporate orders we issue an invoice. The amount is due 10 days net after invoice.
Cakes:
Payments under CHF 250.00 cash on delivery or cash in advance.
For corporate orders we issue an invoice. The amount is due 10 days net after invoice.
For payments from CHF 250.00, 50% of the total 7 days after the order, cash or cash in advance. The remaining 50% of the total amount, cash upon delivery or 10 days net of invoice due.
5. Annulment
Cupcakes:
The cancellation of ordered cupcakes must be made at least 24 hours before pick-up / delivery date. Cancellations that are made later charged at 100%.
The cancellation of customized and larger quantities (from 200 CHF) must be made 5 days before pick-up / delivery date. Cancellations that are made later charged at 100%.
Cakes:
The cancellation of cakes must be made atleast 14 days before pick-up / delivery date. Cancellations that are made later charged at 100%.
6. Delivery and collection conditions
Orders can be picked up by appointment at Lindenstrasse 9 in Baar.
We offer deliveries by appointment from our studio in Baar or Luzern CHF 0.80 / km (at least CHF 20.00).
7.Disclaimer
With the handover of the products, the third-party liability, the risk of loss, damage, impairment and deterioration, goes to you. We assume no responsibility for late service by falsely declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, or events, which are due to force majeure. In the case of force majeure (especially traffic accidents, traffic congestion, disruption, strike, power failure and the like) will extend the delivery time of the service by the duration of the hindrance.
8. Quality and appearance
All our cupcakes and cakes are made with carefully selected products. Freshness and quality are very important to us. Since our cupcakes and cakes are hand made and decorated with great attention to detail, we can not guarantee that the cupcakes and pies 1: 1 correspond to the images on the homepage.
9. Allergy Advice and durability
All our cupcakes and cakes contain dairy, gluten and may contain traces of nuts. For more specific information on ingredients, you can always contact us by mail or phone.
Our cupcakes and cakes must be refrigerated. Cakes can stay uncooled for 4 h, but should then be consumed within 24 hours.
10. Privacy Policy
The data collected by the order will be used exclusively for the purpose of complete fulfillment as well as their processing and are not shared with third parties.
11. Copyright and Legal
